lowest.mortgage ("we") is a mortgage comparison website. We are not a lender. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you enter in calculators and profile tools stays in your browser unless you submit a form. When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide (such as loan purpose, property state, estimated amounts, credit range, name, email and phone), the time, your IP address, and the exact consent language shown to you.

How we use it

To connect you with partner lenders you asked to hear from, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, to keep records required by law, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

When you ask to be connected, we share your form details with the partner lender(s) you selected. Partners are independent companies with their own privacy policies. We may use service providers for hosting, email and analytics under contract.

Your rights

Depending on your state you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of sharing. Use the do not sell or share page or email privacy@lowest.mortgage.
